PHE still active. On 5/5/21, Gov. Ducey issued EO 2021-13, rescinding prior telemedicine-related executive orders, and referencing the comprehensive HB 2454 which contains Ariz. Rev. Stat. §36-3606 which includes provision for registration as an interstate telehealth provider, and more nuanced rules for the utilization and application of the temporary practice provision without registration.
