PHE in effect until rescinded.
Chapter 20 Disaster Relief (counselors, marriage and family therapists) and
Chapter 14 (psychologists) provides for
Disaster Relief Registration. Grace period after the PHE ends: "The exempt period provided in Wy. Stat. Ann. § 33-38-103(a)(iv) shall be extended to 30 days after the day the Governor of the State of Wyoming lifts the state of emergency."
