The services plan base for the year 2 plan maintenance program includes the following:
- Leadership Seats for owner and security officer
- Updated Materials any updates to materials (risk analysis tool, policies & procedures, forms and logs, workforce manual and leadership manual)
- BYOD page Transitions Counseling Services custom BYOD and Device Security Instruction Center will be maintained and updated as needed. Access for all team members
- Additional Support: Access to Group Practice Office Hours, HIPAA Program Task Workgroups. Project Plan Task List. Team Training assigning and reminding. PCT consultant performed annual risk analysis and risk mitigation planning.
- 34 copies of each of the following trainings: HIPAA Security Awareness (non-CE) and Teletherapy from the Home or Mobile Office: HIPAA, Ethics, and Standard of Care Considerations (1 CE credit hour)
